It’s a tough situation.

A skeletal workforce was implemented following strict health standard procedures to guarantee the safety of staff and clients. The WFH (work-from-home) set-up was also followed and strict collaboration of tasks from office and home setting made running the business quite manageable. To survive, multi-tasking was inevitable, with each employee doing 2 functions at the same time. “To stay online and connected with the business, the WFH (work-from-home) set-up was made to collaborate tasks, learn and respond to clients more dynamically and efficiently,” says Ancheta.
