  • Age: The loan applicant must be between the ages of 25 and 65 years old by the loan maturity date The loan applicant must have an existing bank account for at least one year.
  • Income: The loan applicant must have an existing bank account that is at least one year old

  • Latest 2 years Filed Income Tax Return
  • Latest 2 years Audited Financial Statements
  • 3 months latest bank statements
  • Bank certificate or updated passbook

Corporation:

  • Latest General Information Sheet (borrower must own at least 51% of the shares and have controlling rights over the coporation)
  • Latest Business Permit
  • SEC Certificate of Incoporation
  • Certificate o Registration (BIR Form 2303)
  • Latest 2 years filed Income Tax Return
  • Latest 2 years Audited Financial Statement with reflected income
  • 3 trade references (clients and suppliers)
  • 3 months bank statements
  • Bank certificate or updated passbook
